Join The Class Action Lawsuit!

Please join HCPJ and Taxpayers Against Genocide in a class action lawsuit holding representatives Huffman and Thompson accountable for illegally using our tax dollars to support genocide!

There is still time for you to join the Taxpayers Against Genocide class action lawsuit.

Lawsuit was filed Thursday, December 19, 2024. Members can continue to be added to the class!

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!

December 19th — Taxpayers Against Genocide filed a lawsuit against Congressional Reps Huffman and Thompson in  federal court.

As the genocide continues in Gaza and the use of U.S. weapons in the region continues to escalate, caring people are compelled to do everything we can to stop using our taxpayer dollars to send more weapons.

On December 19th, Taxpayers Against Genocide (TAG) filed a CLASS ACTION lawsuit on behalf of federal taxpayers residing in 10 Northern California Counties against Reps. Jared Huffman and Mike Thompson.

For more information contact TAG: [email protected].

Action items for you:

1. YOU CAN STILL JOIN. Sign up to be a member of the class action suit by filling in your name and zip code here.

Requirements to sign on:
- You must be a resident of either Huffman or Thompson’s districts.
- You must have filed federal income tax in 2023 and intend to do so in 2024. (Please note: You can sign up even if you had federal taxes deducted from your paycheck but didn’t make enough money to file.)

Important: Being a member of the class requires nothing from you other than having your name on the court records. We have class action representatives—local folks who will speak in court and to the press, representing taxpayers’ deep concerns about our complicity in this genocide.
