  • Silent Vigil Demanding Ceasefire and Arms Embargo

    On Friday January 17, 2025, a vigil was held in Eureka, CA, to call for peace, protection and humanitarian aid for children and civilians in occupied Palestinian territories. This gathering offered a space for refection and to mourn the lives of over 18,000 children killed by the Israeli assault on Palestine.

  • Vigil to Bear Witness to Genocide in Gaza

    On December 7, 2024, HCPJ gathered in Eureka, CA and proceeded peacefully from the waterfront to the Gazebo Plaza in Old Town with a message to elected representatives: IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE. ARMS EMBARGO NOW. END THIS GENOCIDE. There, participants held a silent vigil to mourn the lives of Palestinian civilians. 

  • Silent Vigil to Demand a Ceasefire and Arms Embargo on Israel

    On October 16th, 2024, HCPJ held a silent vigil in Eureka, CA, which proceeded in silence from the waterfront to Congressman Huffman's office where a press conference was held. HCPJ invited Congressman Huffman to join us to discuss an arms embargo and support for humanitarian aid to Gaza, but he declined.

  • Virtual Meeting with Congressman Jared Huffman:

    In May 2024, we asked Congressman Huffman for a meeting to explain why the U.S. Government is supporting Israel's war crimes. He attended, and our correspondence can be found under "Letters Sent to Reps", below.
